The HTC One is officially launched in Malaysia and looks like we are getting both 32GB and 64GB storage options. In terms of price, the HTC One with 32GB storage goes for RM2,299 while the 64GB model is going at RM2,499. Availability wise, it will be available in early May with all 4 telcos – Celcom, Maxis, DiGi & U Mobile alongside retailer SenQ. Other authorised HTC dealers will be offering it much later in mid-May.

To recap on the specs, the HTC One runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 1.7GHz Quad-Core processor with 2GB of RAM. At the front you have a 4.7″ display that does Full HD resolution of 1920×1080 which translate to 468ppi. In terms of design, the HTC One stands out with an elegant aluminium body and its outstanding feature has to be its front facing stereo speakers that knocks the competition away when it comes to audio/video playback. Do check out our hands-on of the HTC One over here and here.

If you’re curious about the performance of the HTC One’s ultrapixel camera, you can check out our recent camera shootout for both photos and videos where we pit it against the iPhone 5, BlackBerry Z10, Nokia Lumia 920 and Sony Xperia Z/ZL.
