If you’re travelling up north with an EV, DC Handal has turned on a new EV charging site in Changlun, Kedah.

With a total of 4x DC Charge points, this is a strategic location for those travelling with an EV in or out from Thailand via the Bukit Kayu Hitam check point. Located at the mall, this is a convenient spot to top up your EV while you get some refreshments.

This is currently the only public DC charger in town, following the closure of Starbucks Changlun Drive Thru which had a 60kW DC Charger.

For this location at C-Mart Kompleks Changlun Kedah, DC Handal has deployed two Autel DC Chargers with two CCS2 nozzles each. The location has a listed maximum power output of 240kW and it is priced at RM1.40 per kWh.

With DC Handal, you can activate the charger without downloading additional apps. Just tap and pay with your credit or debit card at the card terminal. Alternatively, you can also use TNG eWallet QR function to activate the charger.

If you prefer to use an app, DC Handal chargers can be activated via Gentari Go, ChargEV and JomCharge.
