The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Z Flip 8 series is officially launching tomorrow but it looks like the local Malaysian pricing has been revealed ahead of launch.
A leaked photo from a Maxis poster has been spotted online which reveals the official pricing and pre-order details.
In case you missed it, Samsung will be unveiling a total of three flagship smartphones – the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, the Z Fold 8 and the Z Flip 8.
From the leaked image, the all-new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 is to be priced from RM7XXX while the larger Z Fold 8 Ultra is expected to be priced from RM8XXX. Meanwhile, the compact Galaxy Z Flip 8 is listed from RM5XXX.
The above pricing are likely the base storage option which comes with at least 256GB of storage. As a comparison, last year’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 was launched with a starting price of RM7,799 while the Z Flip 7 was priced from RM4,999.
As part of the pre-order offer with Maxis, buyers can get extra freebies including a free 55″ Samsung UHD TV for the Z Fold 8 Ultra or a free Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 (44mm) for the Z Fold 8. Meanwhile, Galaxy Z Flip 8 pre-order customers will get a free Galaxy Buds4 Pro. In addition, they are also offering free RM200 TNG eWallet credit.
The latest Samsung Galaxy flagships will be unveiled during Galaxy Unpacked which is happening tomorrow, 22nd July 2026 at 9:00pm (MYT).
