Following its recent deployment in Kulai, Johor, DC Handal has deployed a couple of new EV charging sites located in Klang, Kota Damansara and George Town.
Most of these chargers are low-powered DCs pushing 35kW to 60kW, and they are priced from as little as RM1.00 per kWh.
At Sunway Giza in Kota Damansara, DC Handal has deployed a 50kW DC Charger with two CCS nozzles and two 22kW AC charge points. The DC charger is priced at RM1.30 per kWh while the AC charge point is priced at RM1.00 per kWh.
Meanwhile at Bandar Bukit Raja Town Park in Klang, DC Handal has deployed a 60kW DC Charger with two CCS2 nozzles. This charger is priced at RM1.20 per kWh.
Over in Penang, the BYD Mansion Macalister showroom in George Town has gotten a 35kW DC charger with two CCS nozzle. The charger is priced at RM1.00 per kWh.
As usual, DC Handal chargers can be activated without requiring any app. Just tap and pay at the provided card terminal, which also supports TNG eWallet.
Take note that DC Handal chargers now require a minimum pre-authorisation amount of RM50 to activate the charger via card. The unused balance will be refunded to your credit/debit card which may take couple of days depending on your bank. If you use TNG eWallet, a higher RM150 pre-authorisation amount will be required but the reimbursement of unused balance is done instantly.
Alternatively, you can activate DC Handal chargers via roaming through Gentari Go, JomCharge and ChargEV.
