MG Cyberster Review in Malaysia: Does it drive as good as it looks?

The MG Cyberster AWD is priced from RM319,800. More than just a design exercise with scissor doors and concept car styling, the question is whether it can deliver on the road.

Just to quickly recap, this is MG’s first all-electric roadster. Its dual-motor AWD setup pushes out 536 hp (544 PS) and 725 Nm of torque, good for a 0-100 km/h time of 3.2 seconds. Energy comes from a 77 kWh battery that offers up to 444 km of WLTP range, with support for 150 kW DC charging.

On paper, the Cyberster matches the looks with outright performance. But what’s it like to actually live with? Over a few days of driving, we explored whether this roadster is all show or if it has the substance to back it up.
