Have you been in a situation where you and your mates have hung out all day only to find yourselves running out of smart phone battery? Having a single battery pack can be a problem if you need to charge multiple devices at the same time. For those who feel that the standard 10,000mAh battery packs and up to 2 USB ports isn’t enough, check out the Luxa2 P-Mega which comes with a whooping 41,600mAh battery capacity.

Luxa2 which is a division under Thermaltake, a company that specialises in cooling and computer casing products is not positioning the P-Mega as a battery pack but instead they are calling it the World’s Largest Portable Power Charging station. It has 6 USB ports with 3 of them pushing a higher 2A output that can charge tablets while the other 3 ports are pushing 1A.

To put things in perspective, the 41,600mAh Charging Station capacity is equivalent to 4 units of Xiaomi’s 10,400mAh Power Bank. The size of the Charging station is about 10cm cube and it weighs 1KG. To create a pleasant environment while charging, it even comes with blue illumination light which can be turned on and off manually.

If you don’t plan on sharing, the 41,600mAh capacity is rated to be sufficient enough to charge a Galaxy Note 3 8.9 times or a iPhone 5S 19 times. If this is what you’re looking for, it costs US$162 on Amazon.

Alternatively, you can just purchase 4X Mi PowerBanks at RM36 each which comes to a total of RM144. In case you missed it, Xiaomi is restocking 10,000 units of its 10,400mAh Mi Power Bank tomorrow at 12PM. Also available is a smaller 5,200mAh version at RM25.

Check out the video and more pics of the P-Mega Charging station after the break.
