Touch ‘n Go has announced a scheduled eWallet maintenance that’s happening during the early hours of Saturday, 15th October 2022. During the maintenance period between 2am to 6am, all services within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app which includes reloads, payment functions and merchant dashboard will be unavailable. Touch ‘n Go says that maintenance is necessary to provide a better cashless experience.

Pay Touch n Go Card PayDirect

Touch ‘n Go advises users to reload early to ensure sufficient eWallet balance to avoid disruption at tolls and parking during the maintenance period. If you’re using the new Enhanced Touch ‘n Go card, that means you should top-up your card early before the reload feature is temporarily unavailable during the four-hour window. For those who rely on the eWallet’s PayDirect function, you must ensure you have sufficient balance in the eWallet account itself.

We’ve also received confirmation from Touch ‘n Go that TNG RFID can still be used during the maintenance window. Similar to PayDirect, TNG RFID users must also ensure sufficient eWallet balance ahead of the scheduled maintenance.

Touch ‘n Go also says auto-reload will not be available during the maintenance period so it is still recommended to ensure sufficient balance in your eWallet to avoid any issues during the maintenance period.
