Touch ‘n Go has officially released its new Pokémon 30th Anniversary card series, celebrating 30 years of both brands.
This is the first time Touch ‘n Go is selling cards in blind packs, meaning you buy a sealed packet and will not know which card design you get until you open it.
Touch ‘n Go Pokémon cards pricing in Malaysia

A single Blind Pack costs RM29 and gives you one random card.
If you want to grab multiple cards in one go, there is a full Box Set for RM232 that comes with eight blind packs.
Since the cards in each pack are chosen randomly, getting single packs means trying your luck to see which character you get.
Eight designs to collect including one secret mystery card

There are eight cards in total to collect across the entire set.
Seven cards display popular Pokémon characters, while the eighth card is a special secret card.
Touch ‘n Go kept the look of this secret card hidden until the launch so buyers can enjoy the surprise when opening their packs.
Built-in NFC for easy phone reloads and public transport passes

These special cards work just like any Enhanced Touch ‘n Go card.
Each card has built in NFC technology, so you can check your card balance and reload money anytime by tapping it to the back of your phone using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.
You can use the card to pay highway tolls, pay for parking, and take public trains and buses.
Daily commuters can also use the eWallet app to buy Rapid public transport travel passes on the card, including My50, Rapid Kota, Rapid Kembara, and Rapid Bulanan.
