UPDATE: Samsung releases software update to enable MultiView on Galaxy Note II.

UPDATE 2: Updated with English video. Multi-View demonstrated at 2:02 minute.

The Samsung Galaxy Note II is not another smart phone with bumped up hardware with a bigger screen from its Galaxy S III counterpart. As shown in the earlier official hands-on video, the new phone-tablet packs with new usability experience including an enhanced S-Pen stylus with AirView as well as features such as Best Face, Screen Recorder and Quick Command that uses pen gestures for shortcuts.

After being officially launched in Korea with 3 operators, Samsung has released yet another promo video which shows off the Multi-Window feature. This allows split view of 2 applications similar to the Galaxy Note 10.1. This definitely helps in multi-tasking and currently it works on selected apps such as stock web browser, S Note, messaging and other native application. Watch the 7:45 minute video above for the full features walk through.

The Galaxy Note II will be launched in the US on 24th of October and Malaysia availability is yet to be announced. Following the early launch pattern of the Galaxy S III, we would expect the Galaxy Note II to make an appearance locally within this month of October.
