After being delayed twice, one of the most anticipated games for 2026, Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI) will finally be released on PlayStation 5 (PS5) on 19 November 2026. In Malaysia, the GTA VI Standard Edition is priced at RM339, but there is a way to get the game at a much lower price.
Through this offer, you can pre-order the GTA VI Standard Edition for RM299 but there’s one major catch: you have to be a CelcomDigi customer.
Here’s how to get GTA VI for under RM300 via CelcomDigi
If you are already a CelcomDigi customer, all you need to do is visit CelcomDigi’s online store to pre-order the game. During the order process, you have to input your phone number for verification purposes.
Based on the FAQ for the promo, it appears that pre-order customers will receive the physical version of the game. However, the box will not come with any physical game disc –only a digital download code.
The FAQ also pointed out that you can only redeem the code if your PlayStation Network (PSN) account was registered in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, or Indonesia.
PS5 + GTA VI bundle coming soon from CelcomDigi
Meanwhile, CelcomDigi has also revealed that customers will soon be able to purchase the GTA VI and PS5 Slim Disc Edition bundle from the telco for RM2,999. In addition to that, it will also provide GTA VI for free to customers who purchase a PS5 Slim Disc Edition through the telco’s Easy360 scheme.
That being said, both of these offers are only available at the physical CelcomDigi Stores starting from 19 November 2026.
