Vivo X50 series offered with RM697 worth of freebies on Lazada

The Vivo X50 series will be available for pre-order in Malaysia starting tomorrow, 21st July and you can get additional freebies worth RM697 from Lazada. The Vivo X50 is said to be the thinnest 5G smartphone at 7.55mm slim.

According to Vivo, the X50 that comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is officially priced at RM2,399 in Malaysia. As a pre-order promo, customers will get 1-year extended warranty, 1-year screen crack protection, an air purifier and 1 Logitech X50. The device comes in Glaze Black and Frost Blue. Vivo has yet to reveal the pricing of its higher-spec Vivo X50 Pro.

Vivo X50 Specs

To recap on the specs, the Vivo X50 gets a 6.56″ Full HD+ 90Hz AMOLED display and it runs on a Snapdragon 765G processor. It is offered in a single variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage.

For taking pictures, it gets a quad-camera setup that consists of a 48MP main camera with OIS, a 13MP portrait camera with 2x optical zoom, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter and a 5MP macro camera. The display gets a single punch-hole which houses a 32MP selfie shooter. The X50 gets a 4,200mAh battery and it supports 33W fast-charging via USB-C.

X50 Pro Specs

For the X5 Pro, it also gets a 6.56″ Full HD+ 90Hz AMOLED display and it runs on a Snapdragon 765G processor. For Malaysia, it appears that we are getting a single option with 8GB RAM +256GB storage.

In the camera department, the Pro model stands out for having a 48MP main camera that uses a gimbal-like stabilisation system. It also gets a 13MP portrait camera that offers 2x optical zoom, an 8MP periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. Like the X50, the Pro version also gets a 32MP selfie camera.

Despite having a similar screen size and processor, the X50 Pro gets a slightly bigger 4,315mAh battery and it also charges via USB-C. Both the X50 and X50 Pro support 5G when it is available in Malaysia.
