The Samsung Galaxy Fold is finally available and it went on sale in South Korea last week. While we still don’t know when the foldable device will be released in our market, a Malaysian CEO has gotten a unit and he has even posted a brief unboxing video on Instagram.

The happy owner of the Galaxy Fold is none other than Tony Fernandes, the Group CEO of AirAsia Berhad. According to his post, he got the device thanks to the folks at Samsung Mobile. If we look at the label on the protective packaging, this appears to be a South Korean unit and it comes in Cosmos Black.

He also added that he won’t need a tablet anymore with Galaxy Fold. To recap, the Galaxy Fold has a 4.6″ screen on the cover and on the inside, it features a flexible 7.3″ Infinity Flex Dynamic AMOLED display.

The device runs on a Snapdragon 855 processor with 12GB RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.0 storage. For imaging, it has a total of six cameras. There’s a triple-camera (16MP + 12MP+ 12MP) setup at the rear and dual-camera (10MP + 8MP) on the inside. There’s also an additional 10MP front camera on the cover in case you need to take a selfie while in “phone” mode. For the 5G version, the device comes with a 4,235mAh battery, while the LTE variant gets a larger 4,380Ah capacity.

You can check out his unboxing below:
