TNB Electron continues to expand its EV charging network and the latest deployment is at Taman Botani in Putrajaya.
While TNB Electron is typically known for its DC chargers, the latest deployment features slower AC charge points, which are better suited for those who plan to spend longer time at the Botanical Garden.
As usual with any new locations, TNB Electron is offering free charging for a limited time.
TNB Electron has installed two Autel 22kW AC Charge Points at Taman Botani Putrajaya which are priced at RM1.00 per kWh.
You don’t need an app to start charging as users can tap and pay using your credit and debit card at the JuiceUP card terminal.
As part of its operational testing from 8:00AM on 31st July 2026 to 8:00AM on 1st August 2026, TNB Electron offers free charging at this location.
If you need faster charging, TNB Electron has a 120kW DC Charger at Seleran Laman Perdana which is priced at RM1.50 per kWh.
Alternatively, there’s also DC Handal’s 180kW DC Charger at Zenith Hotel Putrajaya priced at RM1.40 per kWh and also a DC Handal 50kW DC Charger at Pulse Grande Hotel priced at RM1.00 per kWh.
