CelcomDigi has just kicked off its largest-ever customer appreciation campaign, dubbed the Mega Gegar 20 Juta. Running from now until 30 September 2026, the telco is offering RM20 million worth of prizes, exclusive deals, and device rebates to celebrate its base of over 20 million customers.
Here is everything you need to know about the campaign and how you can get your hands on the rewards.
The Mystery Box and RM20 Million Prize Pool
At the core of the Mega Gegar 20 Juta campaign is the digital Mystery Box, accessible via the CelcomDigi app. By making an eligible transaction from as low as RM20, customers can unlock a mystery box for a chance to win from a pool of 20 grand prizes and over 70,000 bonus prizes. Bonus rewards are scheduled to be released in four cycles throughout the campaign period, and winning a bonus prize does not disqualify you from the grand prizes.
Highlights from the prize pool include a Smart AI Home Makeover powered by Samsung and The Makeover Guys, a Proton e.MAS 7 electric vehicle, global and local holiday packages, exclusive access to Live Nation concerts, and various Samsung devices.
How to join the Mega Gegar 20 Juta campaign
The campaign is open to both new and existing CelcomDigi customers. To earn entries and unlock the digital Mystery Box, you simply need to make an eligible purchase or subscription across mobile, home, device, or digital services.
For mobile and home connectivity, you can sign up or upgrade to a CelcomDigi Prepaid monthly Internet pass from RM30, or subscribe to Postpaid, CelcomDigi One, or Home Fibre plans starting from RM50.
If you are shopping for devices or add-ons, purchasing a device via Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat, or subscribing to Mega Add-Ons or Freedom Add-Ons will qualify you.
Lastly, under digital lifestyle and travel, subscribing to roaming services, digital security, internet add-ons, or entertainment passes from RM20 will also unlock entries into the campaign.
Device rebates and extra savings
If you aren’t banking solely on luck, CelcomDigi is also throwing in guaranteed rebates and savings across its product catalogue. If you are eyeing a new Samsung device, the telco is offering an additional RM480 rebate (RM20 x 24 months) on all 5G Samsung devices purchased under the Easy360 and Pakej MegaJimat instalments. This includes pre-orders for the latest Samsung Galaxy foldables and Samsung TVs.
For other devices, customers can get an additional RM240 rebate (RM10 x 24 months) on a wide selection of tech under Easy360. Included in this list are the OPPO Reno16 F 5G, Xiaomi 17T 5G, HONOR 600 5G, vivo X300 FE 5G, and even the PlayStation 5 Disc Console (Slim).
On the broadband front, users signing up for the Home Fibre 300Mbps or Home WiFi Essential plans will receive an extra RM60 rebate (RM20 x 3 months). Additionally, new subscribers to the Asian Bundle (which includes iQIYI, Vision+, and Viu) or the MobileSHIELD digital security service will get their first month completely free of charge.
42-hour TikTok Livestream
To push the campaign further, CelcomDigi is attempting a record-breaking 42-hour promotional livestream on TikTok, appropriately named Mega Gegar 20 Juta Live. The stream will run from 12:00 AM on 31 July to 6:00 PM on 1 August, offering limited-time promotions, giveaways, and special discounts on devices and accessories. You can also catch these offers via the CelcomDigi website and at participating CelcomDigi stores nationwide.
