iQOO Z11 5G series launching soon in Malaysia: Pre-booking now open with free gifts worth up to RM516

iQOO Malaysia has announced that it will be bringing its latest iQOO Z series devices, the iQOO Z11 5G and iQOO Z11x 5G, into the Malaysian market. In fact, pre-booking is now open with complimentary gifts worth up to RM516 on offer.

What’s new with the iQOO Z11 5G series?

For starters, the iQOO Z11 5G sports a fresh design, featuring a new rectangular camera island on the back, compared to its predecessor’s round design. In addition, the device also features an upgraded matte texture, which iQOO says provides a smoother and more responsive touch.

You also get IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, all in a body that’s only 8.3mm thick and weighs just 216g. Two colour options are available: Glacier Blue and Black.

Powering the iQOO Z11 5G is the MediaTek Dimensity 8500, offering a performance bump over the Z10’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. To keep the device cool during heavy tasks like extended gaming sessions, the Z11 5G is equipped with iQOO’s 7,000 mm² Icecore Cooling System, featuring a large vapour chamber to efficiently dissipate heat across key areas, including the chipset, camera, and battery.

There’s also a high-performance graphite sheet that adds extra cooling, including the area around the front camera for smoother video recording and streaming. iQOO says the Z11 5G now comes with an upgraded Smart Temperature Control System, which further reduces surface heat by up to 1.6°C after one hour of gaming, helping maintain consistent performance without overheating.

Furthermore, the iQOO Z11 5G is equipped with a larger 9,200mAh Silicon BlueVolt Battery. Said to be among the largest ever used in an iQOO device, the battery is designed using iQOO’s fourth-generation silicone anode technology.

Charging the smartphone can be done using iQOO’s 90W FlashCharge technology, making it convenient when you need a quick top-up. There’s also bypass charging that powers the phone directly, helping reduce heat and protecting battery health.

As for the iQOO Z11x 5G, you get the Dimensity 7400-Turbo chipset, a 7,200mAh battery that charges at 44W via iQOO’s FlashCharge technology, along with up to IP69 dust and water resistance.
