Tesla Malaysia has turned on its latest V4 Supercharger located at Pavilion Damansara Heights in Kuala Lumpur. With a total of four Tesla Supercharging bays, these new DC chargers complement the existing six Destination chargers, providing Tesla owners more charging options in the mall.

With the latest EV charger deployment, Tesla now has a total of 16 Supercharging locations (72 Superchargers) and 16 Destination Charging stations (73 chargers) across Malaysia.

With the V4 Supercharger, the Tesla Model 3 can get up to 250kW of DC charging, and owners can get up to 311km of range with just a quick 15-minute top up.

Tesla Superchargers in Malaysia are typically priced between RM0.63-RM1.07 per kWh, depending on the time of the day. Meanwhile, its Destination chargers (AC Charge points) are still free until further notice. At the moment, Tesla chargers are still exclusive for Tesla vehicles only.

As promised earlier, Tesla says they will be turning on more charging stations very soon. This includes Nexus Bangsar South in Kuala Lumpur, Queensbay Mall in Penang, and The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey in Johor.

Tesla also reminded that the current EV tax holiday will end on 31st December 2025 and vehicle slots are limited. The Tesla Model 3 is now offered with 0% interest rate and monthly payment from RM1,588. Meanwhile, the Model Y is available with monthly payment from RM1,888.
