Xiaomi has officially launched its first smart refrigerator in Malaysia — the Mijia Refrigerator Cross Door 510L. As part of the brand’s expanding smart home ecosystem, this new home appliance is positioned as a high-capacity, connected fridge that blends smart features, hygiene tech and minimalist design.
This is Xiaomi Malaysia’s second large smart home appliance, following the launch of its Mijia Smart Air Conditioners three months ago. Malaysia is also said to be the first market outside of China to officially offer the Mijia Refrigerator.
Mijia Refrigerator Cross Door 510L Malaysia Pricing and Availability
The Mijia Refrigerator Cross Door 510L is officially priced at RM2,899 in Malaysia. As part of an early bird deal, Xiaomi Malaysia is offering the smart fridge at a promo price of RM2,399 for a limited time starting 5 June 2025, 8PM.
Starting from this evening at 8PM, Malaysian consumers can purchase the fridge online via the official Mi.com store as well as Lazada and Shopee.
The purchase price includes free delivery and installation in West Malaysia and it is also covered by a 2-year general warranty and a 10-year compressor warranty.

Mijia Refrigerator Cross Door 510L Malaysia Features
The Mijia Refrigerator is a rather compact 510L fridge that features a total of four doors that can be opened at a 90-degree angle even when it is placed against the wall. It has a refrigerator volume of 332L and a freezer volume of 178L.
To organise your items with easier access, fridge has two drawers (including i Fresh). Meanwhile, the freezer has 4 closed boxed drawers and two open drawers.
For a contemporary and minimalistic appearance, it comes only in slate grey with a “stony” finsh.
At the heart of the 510L is the i Fresh convertible zone, which lets you set temperatures between -1°C and 5°C, making it ideal for everything to store meats to fresh produce. This compartment can be used to thaw your frozen meat gradually for dinner cooking preparation.
It also comes with Ag+ Fresh technology, which Xiaomi says can eliminate odours and suppress bacteria with up to 99.99% efficiency.
With WiFi connectivity, the Mijia Refrigerator can be controlled remotely from the Xiaomi Home app. You can adjust tempeature for all 3 compartments (Fridge, i Fresh and Freezer) as well as switching cooling modes (Auto, Super Cool and Super Freeze) from your smartphone and tablets.
The app is able to alert you if the fridge door is left open. It also supports OTA software updates and is able to run self-diagnosis to ensure that the fridge is always running in proper order. This smart fridge also supports voice commands via Google Assistant.
Over at the front, there’s also a touch screen panel that can lets you view and control individual temperature zones and mode settings.
Boasting a dual inverter system, Xiaomi says the fridge offers improved stability, energy efficiency while maintaining low noise level. In terms of dimensions, it is 852mm wide x 600mm deep and 1912mm tall, and it weighs 85kg.
