From the teaser, Samsung hints that the new Galaxy A series smartphones is all about intelligence and it would have a smart camera that will make every shot look awesome. On top of that, it promises a battery that goes the distance with longer battery life and faster charging.

From the recent leaks, Samsung is expected to launch at least 3 devices – the Galaxy A26, Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56 next month. The Samsung Galaxy A56 is said to be running on an Exynos 1580 SoC, while the Galaxy A36 will run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3. The cheaper Galaxy A26 model is speculated to run on a lower Exynos 1380 SoC.

In terms of design, Samsung is keeping the same family look with a vertical triple-camera layout like its predecessor. The folks at Android Headlines have shared leaked promo images of the Galaxy A series accessories as shown above.

What’s more interesting is that Samsung India has teased six OS upgrades for the new Galaxy A series. That’s two more than the current Samsung Galaxy A35 and A55 which are promised with four OS upgrades and 5 years of security updates.

So far it isn’t clear if all 3 models are coming to Malaysia and whether we will get the same OS upgrade perk. The full details including Malaysian pricing will be revealed on 18th March 2025. Stay tuned to us for more details.
