Tesla Malaysia has expanded its Destination Charger network which now includes Equatorial Plaza in downtown Kuala Lumpur. A total of 3 Tesla Destination Chargers have been deployed at Level LG1, Basement Parking.
Tesla Malaysia has also partnered with EQ to provide extra benefits for Tesla Owners Club Malaysia members.
With the latest deployment, Tesla Malaysia currently has a total of 12 Supercharging locations with 56 charging bays and 14 Destination charging locations with 72 bays. According to Tesla, they will continue to expand their comprehensive EV charging infrastructure to meet the growing demand for Tesla charging solutions in Malaysia.
Tesla Destination chargers are essentially AC charge points that can deliver 11kW for the Tesla Model 3 and Tesla Model Y. At the moment, all Tesla Destination chargers are available for free and it is still exclusive to Tesla vehicles only.
