If you use ParkEasy x Shell Recharge EV chargers regularly, here’s a special credit bundle offer that you might want to consider. ParkEasy has introduced ParkEasy Plus which provides extra credits and discounts for RM600 per annum.
ParkEasy Plus costs RM600, valid for one year
The ParkEasy Plus Credit Bundle at RM600 gives you RM720 worth of ParkEasy credits. On top of that, it offers you a 15% discount on Shell Recharge High-Performance Charging (HPC) sites as well as 10% Cashback on Shell Recharge Destination chargers.
According to the T&C, the benefits will be valid for one year and it will take effect based on the date of purchase. Customers are not allowed to transfer or sell any part of the bundle, and the included ParkEasy credits can only be used within the ParkEasy network.
For clarity, Shell Recharge HPC sites are essentially 120kW and 180kW DC chargers typically found along the North-South Expressway. Meanwhile, Shell Recharge Destination sites cover AC charge points (7kW, 11kW and 22kW) as well as DC charge points offering 30kW and 60kW DC charging, which include Pavilion KL and Lim Tayar TTDI.
The ParkEasy Plus bundle offer is available for two months from 15th December 2023 until 15th February 2024 in conjunction with the Shell Recharge EV Hub in Genting.
According to the online purchase page, the Credit Bundle Offer is priced at RM636 which is inclusive of the 6% sales tax. ParkEasy accepts credit card payment for the bundle.
ParkEasy and Shell Recharge have recently revised their EV charger prices from time-based to kWh-based calculation. Its AC charge points are priced at RM1.00 per kWh while the HPC DC chargers with 120kW and 180kW output costs RM2.20 per kWh.
To activate the chargers, users will have to reserve the parking bay which comes with a RM5.00 confirmation fee. Once the charging is completed, ParkEasy will charge idle fees if the vehicle is not moved 15 minutes later.
