Petrol payment app Setel has recently introduced its auto assistance feature which allows you to get help with starting up your car. Users can request for on-demand battery replacement or jump-start service, priced from RM50. Now they have expanded their auto assistance feature to cover more car trouble scenarios including a flat tyre, out of fuel and if you lose your car keys.

If you need help with your vehicle, you can launch Setel and tap on “Auto Assistance” icon in the middle of the screen. Besides Battery Replacement and Jump-start, they are now offering Towering Service from RM100, Tyre Change from RM50, Emergency Fuel from RM50 and Vehicle Unlock from RM200. You’ll need to pin your location and provide details of your vehicle.

After submitting the form, a representative will contact you and the payment amount will be confirmed over the phone. According to the app, these services are provided in partnership with BatteryKu.com. As covered previously, Setel users can order a battery replacement from the app and it will list out the recommended options available according to your vehicle model.

In case you missed it, Setel has updated its One-Tap Fuelling feature which now allows you to set your preferred amount by litres. They have also expanded its street parking payment feature which now includes Petaling Jaya and Klang council.
