Have you found it harder than usual to get a Grab or eHailing ride these days? The president of the Grab Drivers Malaysia association said that about 30%-40% of Grab drivers choose not to accept requests during certain hours of the day. Even though demand is high, why are these drivers choosing not to accept requests?
