Where to get reliable grey import units of smartphones in Malaysia?

unfortunately there’s no official unit of the Google Pixel series here in Malaysia and if you really want to get it, you will only have to rely on gray imports. But there are a couple of reliable resellers here in Malaysia that you can go for such as Mobile2Go. They do offer a variety of choices for you to choose from. But do take note that the warranty provided is only their in house warranty and there’s no official warranty from Google.

Affordable telco plans with unlimited calls

I think nowadays it’s pretty easy to find telcos that offers internet plans with unlimited calls. There’s the UMobile U25 Prepaid Plan that you can go for. It is priced at only RM20 and you will be getting unlimited data that is capped at 3mbps and also unlimited calls. If you don’t really like UMobile, there’s also the Digi Next 35 Plan which comes with 30GB of data with unlimited calls. This is priced slightly higher  at RM35.

So RM1,500 is actually a pretty good budget for smartphones. You can try taking a look at the Samsung Galaxy A33. This device is priced at RM

If you are not so much of a Realme fan, you can look at the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. The base model that comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is only priced at RM1,199 while the higher spec model that comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is going for RM1,299.

The specs are pretty good too. It comes with a 6.67″ Full HD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 695 processor, a triple camera setup and a 5,000mAh battery with a 65W fast charging, which is super fast if you ask me.
