What is going on with Malaysian passport renewal? | Let’s Talk About #95

The Malaysian Immigration Department announced a while back that Malaysian passport renewal must only be done online, and walk-ins are only acceptable for selected people. Despite that, many people still end up queuing for hours at the Immigration Department due to certain “technical problems”. Shouldn’t online renewal be faster? How is the Malaysian Immigration Department solving this? On this episode of Let’s Talk About, Alex and Amin share some problems you might face when applying online, followed by Alex’s experience of renewing his passport.

Let’s Talk About is also a podcast. Listen here or wherever you get your podcasts.
