Besides introducing its Digi Postpaid Family Unlimited bundles, the yellow telco has upgraded its postpaid lineup with more data. If you’re willing to sign-up for the postpaid plans on a 12-month contract, Digi is now offering more freedom add-on options which you can pick and enjoy for a period of 12 months.
According to Digi, they have added an extra 5GB high-speed data quota for its Postpaid 60 (30GB), Postpaid 120 (70GB), and Postpaid 150 (90GB). By default, the plans come with free unlimited calls, while the higher tier plans of Postpaid 90 and above, come with free SMS quota of up to 1000 SMS per month. In case you missed it, Maxis has recently upgraded its postpaid plans with 10GB of extra data in January and the base Maxis Postpaid 98 now gets 50GB of data.
If you’re new to Digi, the current postpaid product which was launched last year is offering customers complimentary add-ons if you sign up with a contract. Depending on which plan you pick, you can redeem more high-speed data quota, rebates for Google Play Store and Apple App Store, international roaming, mobile broadband, or even unlimited high-speed data with hotspot.
For 2022, they have enhanced its add-ons which are now called “Freedom add-ons”. On the base Digi Postpaid 60, you can choose to get 10GB of extra data or unlimited high-speed internet for TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. On the higher-tier plans such as Postpaid 90 and 120, Digi is offering more options including unlimited streaming for YouTube and Netflix, free Roam-like-home international roaming, unlimited gaming for selected games, and up to RM15/month rebate for Spotify Premium or YouTube Premium subscription. On the highest Postpaid 150, you still get the option to enjoy unlimited internet data and hotspot. You can learn more about the Freedom add-ons here.
