Deal: Samsung Galaxy M52 5G is now offered with a RM400 discount

If you’re looking for a mid-range 5G smartphone, Samsung Malaysia is having a promo for its Galaxy M52 5G. Released locally in November last year, the Qualcomm powered phone is now offered with a RM400 discount. That’s RM100 more than its initial pre-order offer.

The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G officially retails for RM1,699 but you can now get it for only RM1,299. The promo is available on the official Samsung Online store on Shopee and you can pick one in either Black or Blue. The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G in Malaysia is offered in a single variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage. According to Samsung Malaysia, this discount promo is valid while stocks last.

To recap on the specs, the Galaxy M52 5G comes with a 6.7″ Full HD+ Super AMOLED+ display which pushes a 120Hz refresh rate. The device runs on a 6nm Snapdragon 778 processor mated to 8GB of RAM which can be “extended” up to 4GB extra with Samsung’s RAM Plus feature. Onboard it has 128GB of storage which is expandable via microSD up to 1TB.

For taking pictures, the Galaxy M52 5G gets a triple-camera setup at the rear which consists of a 64MP f/1.8 main camera, 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle shooter, and a 5MP macro camera. The tiny punch-hole on the display houses a 32MP f/2.2 selfie shooter.

Powering the device is a large 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging via USB-C. However, Samsung is only bundling a 15W charger in the box. Despite having microSD card expandability, do note that the Galaxy M52 5G doesn’t come with a 3.5mm headphone jack. However, it does support Samsung Pay which lets you make contactless card payments with your phone.
