Hey everyone, Redza from SoyaCincau here and welcome back to another episode of ICYMI. On today’s episode, we’ll talk about the new Oppo Find N, a possible rival to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. We’ll also talk about DNB’s 5G coverage areas and how you can check if your area is covered yet.

Banks in Malaysia will resume charging RM1 interbank withdrawal fee starting February 2022

Besides CIMB, more Malaysian-based banks including Maybank, Ambank, Bank Islam, Public Bank, HSBC and Citibank have announced a resumption of the RM1 fee for interbank cash withdrawals. Learn more here.

Meet the Oppo Find N, the latest attempt to rival Samsung’s foldables

During the Oppo Inno Day 2021 event, Oppo had a number of announcements, but one new product took everyone by storm: the Oppo Find N. It’s pretty much a flagship level foldable smartphone that can be seen as the strongest alternative to Samsung’s own Galaxy Z Fold 3. Learn more here.

This smart TV on a stick is ridiculous, but I kinda want it

Okay, hear me out. At first glance, this product seems as ridiculous as the Asus veggie cleaner, but I think I’m into it. Meet the LG StanbyME: a portable smart TV on a stand. The product was originally unveiled in Korea back in July, but it’s now globally announced in anticipation of CES 2022. Find out more here.

Here are DNB’s 5G coverage areas

Digital Nasional Berhad’s 5G network is officially available starting today but with only Telekom Malaysia and YTL Communications on board with their 5G user trial. YTL via Yes is the first to offer 5G services on their postpaid and prepaid plan. TM has yet to reveal its 5G offering but it has mentioned that it will be available to Unifi Mobile postpaid users soon. Find out more here.
