Pre-orders in Malaysia will officially be available from 1st October with stocks available the following Friday, 8th October 2021. If you want to get your hands on a unit, you can purchase it from authorised resellers as well as participating telcos in Malaysia.

eCommerce Platforms

Shopee is accepting pre-orders for the iPhone 13 series from 12.01am on 1st October with participating authorised resellers such as ITWorld, Machines, SenQ, Switch and Thunder. Last year, Shopee had offered an additional RM400 discount for the iPhone 12 via special bank vouchers. We are guessing that Shopee is likely to introduce some special offer for the iPhone 13 series as well.

Lazada will also offer the iPhone 13 and 13 Pro but the official page mentions that it would be available for purchase from 8th October at 12.01am.

Another option is to order directly via Apple.com.

Authorised Apple Resellers

You can also pre-order the iPhone 13 directly from authorised Apple resellers in Malaysia as listed below:

  • Machines
  • Switch
  • ITWorld
  • SenQ
  • Thunder

Telco Contracts

Don’t want to pay full retail price? You can get the latest iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro on contract from the following telcos:

  • Celcom
  • Digi
  • Maxis
  • U Mobile

On Maxis, the new iPhone 13 series will be offered on its Zerolution programme with instalments up to 36 months and they are also providing free 3 months device protection. Meanwhile, Celcom is offering rebates up to RM250 off for the first 1,000 customers who order online. The first 150 customers in the Klang Valley will also enjoy 24-hours express delivery via Celcom’s dash4Me service.

The full iPhone 13 plan details and monthly contract commitment will be revealed at midnight tonight.

The iPhone 13 lineup is one of the fastest new iPhone releases yet for our local market as Malaysians can get it two weeks after the US, UK, Australia and Singapore. The new iPhones are powered by a more powerful A15 Bionic chip and feature an improved camera system which includes a cinematic mode feature. The signature notch is now smaller and finally, Apple has introduced 120Hz screen refresh rate for the iPhone 13 and 13 Pro.
