LG’s Bluetooth-connected PuriCare Air Purifier face mask is now available for pre-order in Malaysia

If you have RM749 to spare, you might be interested in upping your face mask game with the LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier. It boasts “air purification”, “better breathing” and even Bluetooth connectivity, and you can start pre-ordering them through SenQ, and eCommerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.

The LG PuriCare serves as your very own “air purifier” that you can wear on your face. This mask is the 2nd generation of LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier, boasting a lighter weight and several other new features.

It’s main features include Dual Fans—which “blow air at the speed of your own breathing”, VoiceOn—which basically helps project your voice better, a HEPA H13 Filter—which has a 99.95% particle filtration efficacy, and Bluetooth connectivity—that lets you track your breathing and product maintenance through a mobile app.

The fancy mask also has a silicon face guard that helps protect against “air leakage and inflow”, an inner cover and an ear strap extender. The mask charges via USB-C—and you can get up to 8 hours of usage and it takes about 2 hours to charge. As another upgrade, this generation of the Puricare has a 1000mAh battery, which is 22% bigger than the previous version’s 820mAh battery.

While you can charge your mask without it, the LG website also features a separate PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier Case. With the case, it also provides 99.99% UV Sanitisation in 30 minutes. However, the SenQ site doesn’t seem to offer any pre-orders for the case.

SenQ is offering two different kinds of pre-order promotions. The Starter Package includes one LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier and 30 pieces of inner covers, for the price of RM749. The Couple Package includes two LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifiers, 60 pieces of inner covers, and 4 pieces of HEPA H13 filters, for the price of RM1,498.

Pre-orders are open from today until 31 August 2021, or while stocks last. You can check out their pre-order site here.
