I finally get my hands on the brand new 2021 Apple iPad Pro 11″ with the M1 processor. It’s got a laptop-grade chip at its core, it has all of the things you love with an iPad, and it has a bunch of minor updates. The thing is, performance was never the iPad Pro’s problem, so does slapping an M1 processor in this tablet suddenly make the one to get? Or, is the iPad Air still the only iPad to get?
