Xiaomi expected to announce Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11 Lite on 29 March

Xiaomi has teased a “Mega Launch” event that’s scheduled to take place next Monday. After introducing the Mi 11 for the global market last month, the Chinese smartphone maker is expected to reveal the rest of the extended Mi 11 family.

The Xiaomi 2021 New Product Launch event is happening on 29th March 2021 at 7.30pm Malaysian time. You can watch it live on the official Xiaomi Facebook and YouTube channel.

Some of the devices expected to be announced is the new top-of-the-line Mi 11 Ultra. The device was revealed in an early hands-on video which has been taken down. Unlike the standard Mi 11, the Ultra model is expected to feature a telephoto camera that offers 120x zoom. In addition, there’s also a secondary screen at the rear which can be used to take selfies with the main camera. Under the hood, it also runs on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor and it comes with a 5,000mAh battery.
