At the Galaxy Awesome Unpacked event tomorrow, Samsung is set to launch a number of smartphones that will sit within the mid-range to upper-mid-range market: the Galaxy A32, A52, and A72. But if you’re itching to know what Samsung has in store for us, a couple of new renders have surfaced ahead of official launch. These are, ultimately, the closest non-official look we’ll probably get at Samsung’s upcoming mid-rangers.
They’re unofficial, as I said, but keep in mind that the images are sourced from Evan Blass, a leakster who has a proven track record of providing accurate information ahead of launch. Frankly, his consistency seems to indicate that the “leaked” information is a successful attempt by brands to hype up their upcoming launches—but in any case, let’s not complain too much.
Even though three models are being released tomorrow (along with multiple 5G/4G variants within each model), Blass only shared images of the A72 and A52. The A32, meanwhile, has already been unveiled in several markets as the South Korean firm’s most affordable 5G smartphone.
Based on how they look, the photos depicted below are probably going to be used in Samsung’s marketing promotional materials. Here are a couple of leaked product shots of the A72 and A52 (5G and non-5G versions):
Meanwhile, Blass has also revealed a number of key specs, including IP67 water resistance, optical image stabilisation (OIS) tech on the cameras, and FHD+ Super AMOLED displays on the A72 and A52. You’ll also have storage of up to 128GB—and this can be expanded via microSD at up to 1TB—mated to up to 6GB of RAM. It also looks like matte colour options will be made available for the Galaxy A52 5G, which sounds pretty good to me.
There are even full camera details for the A52 5G, among other specs:
As mentioned earlier, the Galaxy A32 series was earlier officially revealed by Samsung in certain markets. If you’re interested in the most affordable 5G device from Samsung, here’s a quick unboxing video:
Blass’ leaks are almost certain to be accurate based on his track record, but in any case, it’s only a matter of hours before the launch becomes official. When that happens, be sure to head back to SoyaCincau.com for our coverage of the Samsung Galaxy A32, A52, and A72—as well as local pricing and availability.
