[UPDATE] U Mobile faces network interruption, users report “no signal” problem

[ UPDATE 2/1/2021 23:30 ] According to U Mobile’s responses on Twitter, they have solved the network issue. Users who are still unable to connect to the network are urged to restart their devices.

It appears that U Mobile is having a network issue at the moment which affects a significant number of users. Based on posts on social media, U Mobile subscribers are not able to access voice and data services as they are getting the “no signal” status on their phones.

U Mobile is aware of the problem and they are working to rectify the issue as soon as possible. They advised its users to monitor their connection from time to time. In a separate reply, the orange telco said they expect to resolve the problem in 4 hours.

It seems that the network problem had started since 4pm, however, not all customers are affected. Some U Mobile users are still able to get connected to the network with no issues.
