Download the Royal Canin Club app to receive free pet food home delivered to you

Royal Canin Malaysia announced new features to their Royal Canin Club app (iOS, Android). This includes a home delivery feature for its exclusive gift set, as well as other rewards that you can redeem.

Royal Canin promises a free gift set sent right to your doorstep, but they also promise a RM10 welcome voucher as soon as you join. However, you’ll only get these if you sign up as a member on the app. Here’s how to take advantage of the free gift and voucher.

  • Download the Royal Canin Club app (iOS, Android)
  • Register as a new member (if you haven’t)
  • Fill in the registration form
  • Choose your type of account

You’ll then be brought to the terms and conditions page where you can press “Accept”. The most notable part of the page are the privileges given to the basic member—including the discount coupon, free coupon for the free gift set, being able to accumulate points from activities, and using the points to redeem a discount coupon.

As soon as you’re registered, you’ll get a RM10 welcome coupon, which you can use in “participating stores”. You’ll get a QR code, serial code, or a bar code—and you can find participating stores by going to the “Store Locator” section of the app. To find the welcome coupon again after you’ve closed it on the app, click on “Redemption History” in the app.

To receive the free gift that will be sent to your house, press on “Free Gift Set and Voucher”. You can choose from different gift sets—including gift sets especially for kittens, mother and babycats, adult cats, puppies, and adult dogs.

The gift set for cats include 2 packs of “Hair & Skin” (50 grams), and a wet pouch (85 grams). The set for puppies include only 2 packs of “Puppy” food (50 grams), and the gift set for adult dogs include 2 different kinds of Adult dog food packs.

Once you’ve confirmed your address, you’ll need to wait 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. But that’s a tiny price to pay for free pet food just by downloading an app.

Besides the free gifts, the app lets you redeem points just by doing activities on it. You get 10 points by answering a quiz about pets, completing a survey, and you even get 30 points by updating your pet’s profile.

You can redeem pet food on the app once you get enough points. For example, you can use 160 points to redeem a pouch of wet food, and 200 points for 3 packs of wet food.

“As Malaysians are spending more time at home due to the ongoing pandemic, pets have been a great companion to help pet owners cope with the uncertainties. This app comes at a good time to help and empower pet owners to learn more about their furry friends,” said Royal Canin in their press release.
