Celcom network disruption: Tune Talk offers free 1GB data for 24 hours

MVNO Tune Talk is also affected by the recent technical issue on Celcom’s network. After Celcom offered free data usage until midnight tonight, Tune Talk has announced that it’s also offering free data.

Tune Talk has apologised for the earlier disruption which affected calls and data services. As a compensation for the inconvenience caused, they are offering 1GB data for free and it’s valid for 24 hours.

The free data will be activated in stages from midnight 12.00am on the 5th of October. It looks like this will be done automatically and we expect Tune Talk to alert all users with more details.

According to Celcom, the issue which started at 3pm had affected users in various areas nationwide. The issue was solved at 6pm and the service has been restored in stages.
