The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series will be available in Malaysia on the 21st August 2020. Apart from the pre-order promo, Samsung Malaysia has just introduced a new offer where buyers can redeem a Samsung 50″ UHD Smart TV worth RM2,599 for free.

Free 50″ UHD Smart TV offer

The Smart TV offer has appeared on the Galaxy Note 20 campaign site and it is given as an exclusive appreciation reward. To get it, you must be among the first 1,200 customers to activate and redeem the offer at 10pm on 23rd August 2020.

According to the T&C, the Samsung 50″ UHD Smart TV offer is applicable to those that purchase the Galaxy Note 20, Note 20 5G or Note 20 Ultra 5G, including pre-order customers. Customers can redeem at the Samsung redemption site, from Sunday, 23rd August 2020 at 10pm until 27th August 2020, 11.59pm.

The 1,200 TVs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last, so it’s likely to be snapped up within an hour. Unfortunately, the model number for the free Samsung TV isn’t mentioned.

To redeem, you’ll need to have a Samsung Account and provide a clear image of the proof of purchase or receipt that states the phone’s IMEI number. Samsung will have to validate the redemption claim and you will be informed if the redemption is received. The T&C also states that Samsung will reserve the right to reject redemptions that are unclear, false or incomplete.

If you’re one of the 1,200 customers, the TV will be delivered to you within 30 days after confirmation of the successful redemption. Take note that you can only redeem 1 TV per delivery address. Even if you and a friend have purchased the Note 20 separately, only the person that redeemed the earliest will be entitled to get the free TV if the same address is used.

Free UV steriliser and wireless charger

For customers that purchase the Galaxy Note 20 series between 21st August and 31st October 2020 at participating outlets, you will also receive additional freebies worth RM508. This includes a UV Steriliser and an extra wireless charger.

These freebies can be collected upon purchase of the phone and it is limited to the first 29,000 customers nationwide on a first-come, first-served basis subject to stock availability at each outlet. The UV Steriliser is only available in white while the wireless charger comes only in black.

To make it easier to switch, Samsung is offering a Trade-in program from the 17th August until the 31st October. According to Samsung, you can save up to RM4,005 off depending on your current device.
