If your Huawei device needs a repair or a battery replacement, the Chinese smartphone maker has announced a new service campaign that will run for a full week. The Huawei Summer Service Concierge starts this Friday and they are offering free labour charge for out-of-warranty devices and discounts for selected spare parts.
This service campaign will run from the 19th until the 25th June 2020. Take note that the promo is only applicable for Huawei devices that are purchased in Malaysia.
According to Huawei, each customer is entitled to enjoy a one-time free labour charge for out-of-warranty repair service. This means you will only need to pay for the price of the replaced part. Huawei is also offering 20% discount for selected spare parts on selected models. This is offered on a first-come-first-serviced basis, subject to availability. The replaced spare parts are also covered by 90 days of warranty from the date of collection.

Despite having “concierge” in the campaign name, you’ll need to walk in at a participating Huawei Service Centre to enjoy the campaign. Below is the full list of locations:
Apart from having discounted repairs, customers will also receive a special glass bottle as a free gift when they collect their repaired devices, while stocks last. In addition, Huawei is also offering free smartphone cleaning and UV light disinfecting service.
