Although the Conditional Movement Control Order is scheduled to end on 9th June, TM is extending its free data offering for Unifi Mobile until the 31st of August 2020.
From 10th June until 31st August 2020, all Unifi Mobile postpaid and #Bebas prepaid customers will be getting free 1GB LTE data daily which will be valid from 8am to 6pm. If you have an existing data quota, the free LTE data will be utilised first.
Previously, #Bebas prepaid customers were offered free unlimited weekly LTE pass, while selected postpaid subscribers receive free 999GB hotspot data during the MCO. The 999GB free hotspot data offer will end on 9th June 2020.
TM Chief Commercial Officer, Anand Vijayan said “We understand that everyone is progressively adapting to the new normal and they are looking for ways to stay connected and stay productive. With the free 1GB LTE data, our Unifi Mobile subscribers can use it for online productivity tools, obtaining latest news updates, online learning and education or simply general browsing to get information that they are looking for. This offering addresses their concern for more data and we hope they can fully utilise it to their benefit.”
TM has also announced that it will resume its normal operating hours from 8th June 2020. Its Unifi Contact Centre @ 100 will be operating from 8am to 10pm daily for technical assistance and from 8am to 5.30pm daily for products & services, billing enquiries and order management.
Meanwhile, Unifi’s social media channels will be running from 9am to 12am midnight, while email support will be available from 9am to 10pm daily. Unifi’s Live Chat will be available 24/7. For enterprise and public sector customers with TM One, the contact centre @ 1060 will be available 24/7.
