Flux now offers RM99 car subscription for the first month, delivery within 7 days

If you’re looking for a new car, car subscription platform, Flux, is now offering a special promo where you can subscribe for just RM99 for the first month. This is applicable to all cars on its fleet including the Volvo XC90, Volvo S90, Toyota Vellfire, BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG and more.

The RM99 promo is offered for a limited time and it is applicable if you sign up on a 24-month or 36-month subscription plan. It’s available for both Lite (1,250km per month) and Standard (2,000km per month) mileage options.

Do note that the displayed prices exclude the 6% tax so you will be charged RM104.94 for the first month. For the subsequent months, you’ll have to pay the original monthly fees which vary depending on duration and mileage options.

The Flux subscription comes with insurance, road tax, scheduled maintenance, a concierge service and a 24/7 nationwide roadside assistance. In case you’re wondering, petrol and toll charges are not included.

During sign up, you’ll have to pay a non-refundable start fee. For the Toyota Vios, the start fee is RM3,692.19 on a 36-month contract with 1,250km monthly mileage. Meanwhile, for the Volvo XC90 T8, the start fee costs RM21,884.76 for the same contract option.

Similar to a Netflix or Spotify subscription, the service is charged directly to your saved credit card. If you reserve your car now, Flux says your new vehicle can be delivered in just 7 days.

Flux’s current fleet is pretty extensive as it covers sedans, hatchbacks, SUVs, MPVs and even pickup trucks. Just recently, they have introduced a “Subscribe to own” option where subscribers can choose to buy the car after the contract is over. According to Flux, customers will pay 33% less in the first year compared to typical car ownership as the upfront cost is significantly lower since it doesn’t require a 10% deposit.

On top of that, you’ll enjoy the convenience of a concierge service that will handle your car maintenance throughout the subscription period. In addition, you won’t have to worry about road tax and insurance renewals during the subscription.
