Samsung Galaxy S20 Launch: Here’s how to watch it live in Malaysia

The first major flagship smartphone to be launched in 2020 is the Samsung Galaxy S20 series and it’s coming to Malaysia very soon. The devices will succeed the current Galaxy S10 series and Samsung is jumping 10 steps to the S20 to mark the new decade.

The Galaxy Unpacked event is held in San Francisco at 11 am on 11th February 2020. That’s 3.00 am on 12th February 2020 in our local Malaysian Time. As usual, the event will be streamed live and you can watch it on Samsung’s website and on their YouTube channel.

To be the first to know about the Galaxy S20 series in Malaysia, Samsung has initiated its registration of interest on their website. You can expect the device to come to our shores very soon as Malaysia is a key market for the Korean smartphone maker.

Based on the leaks we have seen so far, Samsung will introduce 3 models – the Galaxy S20, S20+ and the S20 Ultra. The Galaxy S20 Ultra is an all-new variant that is expected to come with a huge 6.9″ Quad HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. On top of that, the device will feature the most advanced camera system on a Samsung smartphone. According to its alleged spec-sheet, the S20 Ultra will feature a 108MP main camera, a 48MP telephoto camera that can push up to 100X zoom and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra is expected to come with a 5,000mAh battery which is the largest capacity ever for a Samsung flagship device. As usual, you can expect it to feature IP68 dust and water resistance, as well as a pair of stereo speakers. You can learn more by checking out the related links below:
