Here’s how you can get unlimited internet every day

This post is brought to you by Celcom Xpax.

Nowadays, ask somebody on the street to name one thing they can’t live without, and the answer is very often their smartphones. In an age when connectivity is king, the dependency on smartphones, and subsequently the internet, is more prevalent than ever—whether it’s for professional or personal reasons.

And with the increased media and data consumption on mobile devices nowadays, unlimited data is something that most people look for. Say you’re looking to watch a quick video on YouTube, or you’re trying to download a high-res image sent from a friend or colleague—it’s safe to say that you’re gonna need a lot of internet data.

So how do you get unlimited data every day?

Be a Celcom Xpax customer

In a recent Opensignal report, Celcom’s network was rated as the best overall network in Malaysia for 4G availability. This means that you can expect to have access to 4G wherever you are, which is extremely important due to the aforementioned dependency on high-speed internet on mobile devices.

Celcom has also been expanding its range of plans and choices for you to choose from, with the recent launch of their Celcom Xpax XP Lite postpaid plan adding to an already wide array of postpaid and prepaid plans to choose from.

Recognising the importance of having an unlimited data plan, the telco is also offering an added bonus for subscribers of Ultra Passplans from RM10 weekly and above. This means that customers with these Ultra Pass plans can redeem free unlimited internet for 1 hour every day. That covers your download needs, streaming needs, or even video calls—you’re free to use the data as you see fit, with no limitations.

So what is an Ultra Pass™?

In essence, Celcom Xpax’s Ultra Pass™ is a prepaid Internet Pass that offers customers options to choose from for internet quotas; these are divided into daily, weekly, and monthly validity periods. Celcom users can opt to purchase the Ultra Pass™ on the Celcom Life app or by dialling *118#.

There are a variety of choices available, which you can go through in more detail here. Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • For RM10 (weekly), you get 2GB of internet quota, free unlimited YouTube usage from 1AM–7AM, iflix VIP access, and 1 hour of unlimited internet that can be redeemed every day.
  • For RM19 (weekly), you get 5GB of internet quota, free unlimited YouTube usage from 1AM–7AM, iflix VIP access, and 1 hour of unlimited internet that can be redeemed every day.
  • For RM30 (monthly), you get 5GB of internet quota, free unlimited YouTube usage from 1AM–7AM, iflix VIP access, and 1 hour of unlimited internet that can be redeemed every day.
  • For RM50 (monthly), you get 10GB of internet quota, free unlimited YouTube usage from 1AM–7AM, iflix VIP access, and 1 hour of unlimited internet that can be redeemed every day.
  • For RM79 (monthly), you get 15GB of internet quota, free unlimited YouTube usage from 1AM–7AM, iflix VIP access, free 15GB Video Walla, and 1 hour of unlimited internet that can be redeemed every day.

Remember, the hour of free internet that you get every day doesn’t eat into your monthly/weekly internet quota, which means that you can use it for literally anything you want.

And when it comes to the Celcom network, you’re in safe hands. The recent report from Opensignal not only found that Celcom has the best 4G LTE network availability in Malaysia from June till the end of August 2019, but also found that Celcom also gives its users the best “Video Experience” as well. This follows Celcom receiving the award for best 4G availability for the April report.

As such, you can enjoy a great experience on Celcom Xpax’s plans above, with Ultra PassTM offering generous internet quotas and good connectivity—ideal for watching movies, playing games, social media, and general media consumption on any mobile device.

And of course, there’s nothing better than unlimited internet, especially on a daily basis.
