The new GoPro Hero 8 Black is now available for pre-order in Malaysia, while there are new bone conduction headphones available in Malaysia. And there is some bad news of sorts for potential Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro buyers. Meanwhile, analogue transmission certain parts of Malaysia have already been stopped.

Pre-orders for the GoPro Hero 8 Black start at RM1,879, from the 10th of October to the 20th of October 2019, at GoPro Concept Stores. Local pricing for the mods isn’t available right now, although pre-orders for the add-ons will be available in December 2019.

Analogue TV to Digital TV transition

The central and southern regions of Peninsular Malaysia completed its transition on 1st October 2019, with analogue TV switched off completed in Klang Valley and Southern states in Malaysia.

Huawei Mate 30 GMS backdoor closed

A 3rd party method of installing Google Mobile Services onto the Huawei Mate 30 series has been disabled, according to this report. Previously, users could download an APK file from https://www.lzplay.net/#/ to download the APK.
