Unifi’s big surprise. Subscribe now and pay nothing until next year

UPDATE: Unifi Pay Nothing promo is officially revealed. It’s applicable to new and existing Unifi subscribers.

It appears that TM is introducing a new #KhabarBaik promotion very soon for its Unifi fibre broadband service. According to its teaser, they have a surprise that you won’t believe. The tweet on @Unifi indicates that it is something big and they want you to stay tuned for the exciting news.

Ahead of the official announcement, a purported TM reseller has revealed what the surprise is all about. For new subscribers, you can subscribe without paying monthly subscription until 31st December 2019. You will only need to pay starting 1st January 2020. That means you’ll be getting 3 months free instead of just one month that’s being offered previously.

We’ve reached out to the reseller and they have confirmed that the promotion is now available. It is applicable for any TM Unifi fibre broadband plan and it is tied with a 2-year contract. If you’re looking for a fibre plan with unlimited quota, the base 30Mbps plan is going for RM89/month while the 50Mbps is priced at RM99/month. The highest option right now is 300Mbps at RM199/month and it comes with Unifi TV.

So far there’s no mention about existing customers. We’ll definitely find out more when TM makes its official announcement.
