If you’re using Maxis for your home broadband, you may face difficulty connecting to the internet. For the past couple of hours, there has been a number of complaints about the service from various locations in the Klang Valley which include Kajang, Dutamas, Batu Caves and Setapak.
Maxis has responded to the complaints on Twitter and have acknowledged there’s a network issue for the Home Fibre service. The problem appears to be scattered and Maxis says they are working to rectify it as soon as possible.
