TM offers 300Mbps Unifi Broadband for RM199/month

If you’re thinking of subscribing to Unifi and you need faster speeds, they are now offering a higher 300Mbps fibre broadband plan for RM199/month. This provides unlimited quota, unlimited voice calls to TM fixed lines and it also comes with a unifi TV set-top-box that has access to all channels.

The new 300Mbps Unifi plan costs RM40 more than the 100Mbps + Unifi TV bundle (RM159/month). Apart from getting 3X the download speed, you also get 100 on-demand blockbuster movies for free. However, do note that you can only redeem 4 movies a month for a period for 25 months. Each VOD movie usually costs RM10 per title.

In terms of speed, the 300Mbps plan gives you 300Mbps for downloads and 50Mbps for uploads. According to their FAQ, the plan costs RM259/month but it is offered for RM199/month as a promo. Although there’s a contract of 24-months, the FAQ states that the subscription fee will remain the same after the contract period.

As usual, the 300Mbps plan comes with bundled phone calls with 600 minutes of talk time to all mobile networks plus unlimited calls to all TM fixed lines nationwide. Subsequent calls to mobile will cost 10sen/minute. The promo for both 100Mbps and 300Mbps plans with Unifi TV bundle will end on 30th June 2019.
