UPDATE: Huawei Nova 4e is now official in Malaysia. It’s going on sale starting 16 March 2019 at RM1,199.

The Huawei Nova 4e will be revealed tomorrow and now we get a glimpse of the device thanks to alleged press renders that have leaked online. The Huawei Nova 4e is a mid-range selfie-centric smartphone and it’s also known as the P30 Lite for European markets.

Based on the press render images published by MySmartPrice, the Huawei Nova 4e will come with a FullView display that has a tiny notch at the top. At the rear, it gets a typical Huawei P-series style design that comes with a vertical mounted camera bump. Similar to the Nova 4, the Nova 4e also comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

In terms of specs, the Nova 4e is expected to come with a 6.15″ Full HD+ display and it will run on a Kirin 710 processor. According to the source, the Nova 4e will be available with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and it has 128GB of internal storage as standard.

Over at the rear, the Nova 4e will come with a triple-camera setup which is likely to be an array of 24MP + 8MP + 2MP shooters. What’s confirmed is that the device will get a 32MP selfie shooter.

In terms of positioning, the Nova 4e sits right below the current Nova 4, which is similar to last year’s Nova 3e versus the Nova 3. The device will be announced in China tomorrow and we expect Huawei Malaysia to reveal local details of the device on the same day as well.
