Instead of bringing you the latest tech news that mattered today, we are going to do something a little different on this episode of ICYMI. We are going to unbox one of the most interesting budget smartphones that was launched in China earlier this month. This device is none other than the Redmi Note 7.
Much like its predecessor, the Redmi Note 7 is designed to give you the most smartphone for the least amount of money. It has a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display, a Snapdragon 660 processor and up to 6GB of RAM and also 64GB of internal storage. It also gets the same 4,000mAh battery but the good news is, it now charges via USB-C.
One of its highlight features is the 48MP main camera that’s paired with a 5MP secondary shooter for depth effects. It also has a 13MP camera for selfies.
Unfortunately, the Redmi Note 7 is not officially available in Malaysia just yet, but you could get an import set (also known as an AP set) from Mobile 2 Go, who are also kind enough to send us this device for unboxing.
ICYMI will be taking place daily and will be published each working day at 8pm (hopefully). What do you think of our daily show? We’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
