ASUS ZenFone 5z is going for RM1,699 for one day only

The ASUS ZenFone 5z is the most affordable Snapdragon 845 powered smartphone you can buy in Malaysia that comes with an official local warranty. At RM1,899 with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage, it’s quite a steal but here’s your chance to get it at RM200 off.

As revealed during ASUS Malaysia’s Facebook Live session, the ZenFone 5z with 128GB of storage is going for only RM1,699 instead of RM1,899 during their special flash sale. It’s happening on 31 July 2018 at their official store on Lazada. Unfortunately, they haven’t reveal the time of the sale so it is best to keep an eye on ASUS’ facebook page for further updates.

UPDATE: According to Lazada, the ZenFone 5z RM1,699 sale will start at 12AM on 31 July 2018.

To refresh your memory, the ZenFone 5z comes with a 6.2″ Full HD+ Super IPS+ display and it runs on a Snapdragon 845 processor. It features a 12MP + 8MP dual-camera combo with OIS, while the front comes with an 8MP selfie shooter. The device is powered by a 3,300mAh battery that supports fast charging via USB-C.

Apart from the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option, ASUS Malaysia is also offering the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version at RM2,299.
