Love to shop online and want to shop some more? In conjunction with ShopBack‘s 3rd anniversary, they are giving a total of RM18,000 for 3 lucky winners to spend in their “You Shop, We Pay” contest. If you’re new to Shopback, they are a cashback platform where you can enjoy extra savings when you shop online.

On Thursday, 22 February, every user that has completed a transaction with any of their 500 over partners via Shopback will get an entry to join the shopping spree contest. Only three lucky winners will be picked and they will be invited to ShopBack’s office where they will be given either RM3,000, RM5,000 or RM10,000 to spend for shopping at Lazada Malaysia.

On top of that, Shopback users can enjoy triple treats including 100% Cashback sales, additional cash back from popular merchants as well as exclusive discounts for Shopback users.

Since its introduction 3 years ago, ShopBack Malaysia has served more than 850,000 Malaysians and collectively they have enjoyed more than RM25 million worth of cashback from their online purchases including Grab and Uber rides. According to ShopBack, Malaysians have received more than RM1 million of cashback during the Chinese New Year sales period between 15 January to 16 February 2018.

They added that a lot of consumers have done their CNY shopping during 29-31 January which is right after payday. During this period, they saw a spike in purchases for petrol gift cards, baby milk formula and mobile prepaid reloads. Interestingly, there’s also an increase in travel bookings between 8-21 January 2018 as Malaysians plan for their CNY trips or long holidays for the rest of the year.

Another new introduction is “partial Cashback” where ShopBack users can withdraw as little as RM10 to their bank account or settle their Maxis postpaid bill. ShopBack is also exploring ways to expand its payout options with potential tie-ups with popular brands and loyalty programme providers.
