Samsung Galaxy Note FE, J7+ and J7 Pro gets a price cut in Malaysia

Samsung Malaysia is kicking off 2018 with a price cut on three of its smartphone models. The Galaxy Note FE which was launched at RM2,599 can now be yours at RM400 off.

Other models that received the price slash include the dual-camera Galaxy J7+ and the Galaxy J7 Pro (2017). Below is their revised pricing for 2018.

The new pricing takes effect starting 1st January 2018 onwards.

To recap, the Galaxy Note FE is their most affordable Galaxy Note8 alternative that comes with an S Pen. It has a 5.7″ Quad HD Super AMOLED screen, an Exynos 8890 Octa-Core processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB of storage and a 3,200mAh battery. For imaging, it gets a single 12MP f/1.7 main camera and a 5MP shooter for selfies. Like its current Note8, it also has IP68 water resistance, Samsung Pay and an S-Pen with 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy J7+ is their mid-range offering with a 5.5″ Full HD Super AMOLED display that’s powered by a MediaTek Helio P20 processor. It has 4GB RAM and 32GB of storage, plus a 3,000mAh battery. Its key highlight is its dual-camera system at the rear which uses a 13MP f/1.7 primary and a 5MP f/1.9 secondary lens for Live Focus bokeh effects. In front, you’ll find a 16MP 1/.9 selfie shooter.

Lastly, the Galaxy J7 Pro is a notch below but it also gets a 5.5″ Full HD Super AMOLED display. Under the hood, it runs on a 14nm Exynos 7870 processor that comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage. It gets a 13MP f/1.7 rear camera, a 13MP f/1.9 front shooter and a larger 3,600mAh battery.
